We know that the quality of your IVF experience is central to your ability to complete a course of treatment, which is why we offer gentle, supportive treatments that you can live with. We specialize in Mini-IVFTM and natural cycle IVF treatments because they are more natural, gentle treatments which achieve pregnancy rates similar to conventional IVF without the excessive use of injectable IVF drugs.
Nearly 40 percent of the women undergoing conventional IVF protocols opt out of their treatment, not because they no longer want a child, but because of the immense physical and emotional toll of their treatment procedures. Conventional IVF requires daily injections (20 to 50 shots per cycle), which may result in discomfort, hyperstimulation, ovarian bloating, increased proportion of eggs with genetic abnormalities and potentially adverse health effects, such as ovarian cancer. All this is in addition to the high cost of IVF drugs. Our Mini-IVF™ and natural cycle IVF treatments minimize or eliminate the necessity of IVF drugs and injections so that your IVF experience is easy, affordable, and safe.

Dr. Zhang is also a pioneer in Human Nuclear Transfer or Oocyte Reconstruction, a technique that holds promise in age-related female infertility and in navigating adverse genetic issues during reproduction. Our partner Dr. Sherman Silber is recognized globally as a leading expert in Ovarian Tissue Transfer and Freezing, as well as male infertility treatment.  New Hope Fertility and its partners are the world's pacesetters in new fertility technology. Personally designed by our Medical Director Dr. Zhang, our IVF laboratories are among the most modern in the New York City area.
We are one of the first to introduce Laser-Assisted Hatching, a technique that prevents chemicals from damaging embryo cells. New Hope Fertility's researchers and their partners also developed the vitrification (freezing) technique, a new approach to long-term embryo and egg freezing for fertility preservation, which is the chosen method of cryopreservation at our Center. Further, New Hope Fertility's experience in blastocyst freezing is unmatched anywhere in the world. The quality of the laboratory environment is one of the most important factors in producing good quality embryos. For this reason, we use a triple gas filtration system, which provides the highest quality air among all IVF centers in the New York City area. We are also one of the few centers where unique mini-incubators are used. This technology is vital in recreating a more natural and stable environment outside of a woman's reproductive system.
