From the Northern Parts of Manhattan: The M1, M2, M3 and M4 bus run southbound on Fifth Ave. to the west of our facility and the M98, M101, M102, and M103 lines run southbound on Lexington Ave. (1 block East) stop at the intersection of 72nd Street and Fifth Avenue and Lexington Ave., respectively. From across town: The M79 and M72 lines run east west on 72nd Street and 79th street and stop at the intersection of Madison and 72nd Street and 79th Street, respectively. By SubwayThe 4, 5 and 6 Subway lines are the closest subway lines to our facility. You will exit at 77th Street (on Lexington Avenue) and walk south 3 blocks to 74th Street and then west 1 block to the intersection of Park Ave. and 74th St. The subway costs $2.25 for a one-way ticket. By TrainThe Metro North Trains come from Connecticut and Northern New York City into Grand Central. By AirNew York is served by three major airports: JFK Airport, LaGuardia Airport and Newark Airport. You can reach the Center in one of several ways from each of these airports. JFK airport Subway: Take the E train to the 51st Street station in Manhattan. Change to the 6 subway heading uptown and get off at 77th Street station. Follow directions from the 77th Street subway station to the Center as outlined in "By Subway." Buses: Shuttle buses are available to the Grand Central Station and cost around $10. Parking Near the ClinicThere is street parking along Park Avenue and nearby side streets. There is also metered parking one block East on Lexington Avenue, one block West on Madison Avenue and around the corner on 73rd street at the corner of 73rd and Madison Avenue.
